Here the malt whiskey has a share of grain sweetness that comes through, making this the best Bushmills for mixing.
Bushmills Black Bush
Smooth, deep and complex, this is one of the great Irish blends. While the standard Irish characteristics are present, there is something more in this one, something earthy and rich. As with other whiskeys of fine quality, it’s best without ice that would cover its complex flavors.
Bushmills 10 Year
An Irish whiskey from 100% malted barley, the youngest whiskey in these bottles is 10 years old. This is the standard expression of Bushmills, with vanilla and soft sweetness, with a long finish.
Bushmills 16 Year
Three different woods, the third being old port casks, give this fine whiskey hints of vanilla, fruit, nuts and even dark berries (from the port casks).
Bushmills 21 Year
After 19 years in American oak and Spanish sherry casks, this lovely Bushmills spends two years in Madeira drums. Among the elegant results are dark chocolate and toffee.
Egan's 10 Year
The longer you allow it to breath and fully oxygenate in the glass, the more of its engaging aromas will come forward. Egan's has a slightly warm entry that quickly expands, filling the mouth with flavors of honey, malt, cranberries, apples and a bevy ofbaking spices.
Jameson 12 Year
A more complex Jameson, the 12 year is warm and spicy, with undertones of nuts and some wood. Aged in sherry casks, it has notes of sweetness, though the spice remains assertive.
The double distillation gives it a robust profile with more character than blends that are triple distilled. Warm and accessible as the people who create it.

Single Malt Scotch
Caol Ila 12 Year
Caol Ila 12 Year whispers the sounds of Islay with more nuanced, finessed aromas and flavors than most. At first sniff, hints of autumn rise out of the glass with apples, pears, and scents of the season's first fires. Rounding out the palate, flavors of spicy sweets and Applewood smoked ham are discovered before elegant peat smoke takes over.
Glenkinchie 10 Year
This Lowland malt, from near Edinburgh, is a new expression and wonderfully improved. This is a light, dry slightly sweet choice, from which you might be able to pick out cinnamon, citrus and melon on the nose.
Glenmorangie 10 Year
A Highland malt with a spicy nose that follows through to the palate, along with a nutty, flowery sweetness and a long buttery finish.
Talisker 10 Year
A robust offering from the only distillery on the Isle of Skye, this one lets you know it’s whiskey you’re drinking. It has pungent smoke with a huge spice that still lets through a full, malty sweetness before finishing with pepper.
Cragganmore 12 Year
This Highland malt has an especially complex nose that captures the flora of Speyside, grass, heather, and herbs.
Dalmore 12 Year
A rich, flavorful Highland malt that is sweet and smooth with some spice. Some heather and a hint of peat yields to a long, toasty finish.
Glenlivet 12 Year
The small river Livet flows into the Spey, and this grand old distillery resides in that valley (glen). This whiskey is pale, flowery, soft, with hints of vanilla.
Macallan 12 Year
One of the greatest Highland malts from Speyside, this 12-year expression is the standard Macallan in the States. Matured in Spanish sherry casks, it has sherry, honey, dried fruits and flowers on the nose. It is full and smooth with a rounded finish.
Oban 14 Year
From the Western Highlands, this whiskey has a loyal following among those who prize slight peat with a sense of the nearby sea. It’s firm and smooth, with some malt sweetness that becomes smoky and dry, leading to an aromatic finish.
Dalwhinnie 15 Year
A Speyside malt that makes a great Aperitif, this whiskey has a honey-heather to freshly cut grass nose that carries through on the palate, where it has a slightly oily mouthfeel and light peat finish.
Lagavulin 16 Year
Our Islay representative is a great whiskey with a deep character of sea spray and peat smoke. Its taste develops as you sip, a rich, warming hug that reminds you life is good.
We also proudly offer the following blended Scotches: J&B, Dewars, Dewars 12 and Johnnie Walker Red Label.
Johnnie Walker Black Label
This is a robust, complex blend that you could have neat, but it stands up to a splash of soda or a couple of rocks. Peat comes through in the nose and on the palate, along with dried fruits and a hint of sherry on the finish.
Johnnie Walker Green Label
Another complex blend, this offering has less smoke and a brighter floral burst on the palate. As with all the finer whiskeys, try it neat first, then add a drop or two of water to see how it changes.
